Performance Pool & Spa offers both white LED pool lighting and colored LED pool lighting for all of our inground swimming pools.
Performance Pool & Spa Swimming Pool LED Lighting Options
At Performance Pool & Spa, we offer two main types of swimming pool lighting for all our pools. We no longer offer fiber-optic pool lights or incandescent Pool Lights, as they are being phased out for more Energy Star & efficient solutions. All of the pools that Performance Pool & Spa builds, we are now putting in Pentair GloBrite LEDs.
- Colored LED Pool Lights – Colored LED Lighting is the latest and greatest when it comes to swimming pool lighting. It allows you to have different colors, uses less electricity, and is brighter overall.
- White LED Pool Lights – White LED lights allow you to illuminate your pool at night with greater energy efficiency, why use 150 watts when you can use LED and only consume 15 watts per light!
Bigger Swimming Pools 36’ or Longer, We Recommend additional Lights
While the Pentair GloBrite LED lights we install are strong, we would recommend putting in additional lights if your pool is over 32′ long. By putting in the additional lights for larger pools, it helps prevents having “shadows” in the corners of the pool and aids in fully illuminating the entire pool area.
