I have a home warranty that covers some of the repairs to my pool’s equipment. I hired Sam from performance pool and spa for the first time a year ago when I was looking for a pool technician to do some repairs (the home warranty did not have pool technicians under contract in the Lincoln area, so they authorized me to find one my self). Sam has performed a few repairs/ service calls since. All the repair / replacements have been done in a very professional manner and I am very satisfied. Having to deal with a home warranty, Sam had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone and on emails getting the proper authorizations to initiate the repairs and then follow up with the additional paperwork. He did that very well. Also, he did a very good job closing the pool last fall. I have had a very positive experience working with him and I highly recommend Performance pool and spa.

I hired performance pool to replace my in-ground pool liner. Their bid was lower than the competition. The liner took 3 weeks to come in which is normal since it’s custom made, and another week to fit in the appointment to remove the old liner and install the new one. Liner removal and installation took around 2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the ease of communication, when I would call and leave a voicemail I’d receive a callback very soon. They cleaned up when they were done and the new liner was installed perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about Performance pool . Call them if you need a new liner, they’re the best.
